Neradine Tisaj is a media and brand consultant, meditation teacher, mentor, cancer warrior and writer.

I have 25 years experience working in media launching and working with some of the biggest brands in the world of entertainment. I have worked for the Nine Network, Network Ten, Foxtel, Comcast and Warner Bros.

I have been studying and practising meditation for 25 years, I am a fully-trained Vedic Meditation Teacher having studied with Vedic Master Thom Knoles and Tim Brown.

I am also a cancer survivor so I know a thing or two about stress!
